What It Does
LEVEL X is designed to smooth out uneven slabs, fix low spots, and correct falls before you waterproof, tile, or lay carpet or timber flooring. It’s a ready-to-use self-leveller — just mix with water, pour, and let it find its level.
It’s walkable in 2 hours and dries to under 4% moisture within 24 hours, meaning you can waterproof or start finishes the next day. No waiting for weeks.
When to Use It
Before waterproofing wet areas – bathrooms, laundries, and balconies where a smooth and even base is critical for membrane bonding.
Before vinyl or timber flooring – eliminates humps and dips that cause movement or hollow sounds.
Before tiling – gives you perfect fall correction and eliminates tile lippage.
On new or old slabs – where existing concrete is uneven, rough, or has grinder marks or trowel chatter.
How to Apply It
Prep the slab properly – grind or clean the surface to remove dust, laitance, and weak layers. Prime with ACTFLEX 300 (or EP 250 if damp).
Mix – add 4.4–4.8L of water per 20kg bag and mix for 2–3 minutes until smooth and lump-free.
Pour and spread – pour directly onto the primed surface and use a steel trowel, gauge rake, or stand-up spreader to guide it.
De-air – run a spiked roller through the wet material to remove bubbles and help it settle evenly.
Let it set – walkable in 2 hours; ready to waterproof or coat in 24 hours.
For ramping or falls, you can thicken the mix slightly or bulk with sand or small gravel to create gradients.
Real-World Uses
Fixing bathroom floors that fall away from the drain.
Re-levelling old screeds before re-waterproofing.
Creating gentle ramps into wet areas.
Preparing large commercial floors for vinyl or epoxy coatings.
LEVEL X replaces traditional cement-and-sand mixes that crack, shrink, or take days to dry. It gives a hard, smooth, and durable finish every time — ready for waterproofing, tiling, or direct floor coverings.
