Spray-applied pure polyurea coating that builds a heavy-duty waterproof barrier ready for light foot traffic in one hour.
ACTFLEX 737 PU returns to full mechanical service in 24 hours and to water immersion and chemical service in 7 days at 25°C and 50% RH. Tensile strength of 16 MPa or greater, elongation of 450% or greater and tear strength of 50 N/mm or greater accommodate structural movement and resist site damage, while abrasion loss of 30 mg or less suits trafficked industrial floors. It conforms to the material requirements of AS 4654.1—2012 and suits bridges, tunnels, water-retaining structures, car park decks, tank linings and bunds. Trained spray applicators only. Top coat with ACTFLEX 747 TC where exposed to daylight. Not for potable water contact.
