Fast Moisture Cure | Non-Sag Gun Grade | High Recovery
Single-component polyurethane joint sealant and construction adhesive for movement joints, junctions, penetrations and bonding.
ACTFLEX 75FC cures at about 3.5 mm per 24 hours (25°C, 50% RH) to a permanently elastic seal with 550% elongation and tear resistance of at least 6 N/mm, accommodating movement between materials that expand at different rates. It bonds concrete, masonry, fibre cement, metal, timber and primed PVC, and is low odour, non-staining and over-paintable after full cure (trial first). Within FORSPEC waterproofing systems it is the specified sealant for sealed crack and junction details, and it also seals pipe penetrations, control joints and exterior lap seams on metal roofs and truck trailers. Joint movement must not exceed 12.5%; not for structural glazing or chlorinated pool immersion.
