Two crosswise coats at 0.3 mm total DFT are certified to ASTM E96 at a moisture vapour transmission of 4.34 g/m²/24 h (XTecGen Report 514-1), opening up damp slabs for timber, resilient and moisture-sensitive floor coverings, while a single coat works as a bonding primer. It needs no mixing, rolls on at approximately 4 m² per kilogram per coat, and accepts foot traffic and the next layer in about 4 hours. A kiln-dried quartz broadcast into the final coat keys levelling compounds and screeds. Suits concrete, terrazzo, ceramic and natural stone, inside and out. Not a waterproofing membrane; not for hydrostatic pressure or rising damp.
