ACTFLEX MB200 is a high-performance, pure polyurethane resin primer designed as a single-component, fast-drying bonding and moisture vapor retarder. It strengthens and seals substrates, provides moisture barrier protection up to 98% RH, and ensures superior adhesion for coatings, screeds, and membranes. Suitable for use beneath timber floors, resilient systems, and waterproofing membranes on concrete, terrazzo, natural stone, and cementitious subfloors.
