High-flow, polymer-modified cementitious leveller for fast, accurate smoothing of internal floors before floor coverings.
FORSPEC LEVELX flows to a smooth, dense, dimensionally stable surface with no sanding, and its 20–30 minute open time keeps large commercial pours continuous, whether pump-fed or bucket-mixed on smaller areas. It reaches 35 MPa compressive and 8 MPa flexural strength (indicative EN 13813 CT-C35-F7, R&D data) with a low-shrinkage, crack-resistant matrix. An aggregate-extended mix handles 30–100 mm deep fills and a stiff mix forms ramps and falls. Membranes can follow from 4 hours and floor coverings from 24 hours (thickness-dependent) at 25°C, 50% RH. It suits underfloor heating and receives vinyl, carpet, timber, tiles and FORSPEC membranes. Not a final wear surface or a structural screed.
