PREFLEX 3000 is a pre-applied HDPE, fully bonded waterproofing membrane. PREFLEX 3000 is supplied with a self-adhesive selvedge along one side of the roll to provide sealed laps. It consists of a multi-layer composite, including high-density PE film, a polymer layer, and a unique proprietary layer, which allows poured concrete to bond fully with the membrane, providing an excellent barrier against water passage between the waterproofing membrane and the structure. This integral bond is designed to provide a strong barrier against water, moisture, and gas, preventing ingress and lateral migration. With selvedge overlaps for superior performance in harsh conditions, it requires no specialized equipment, heat, or power. It forms a durable vapor barrier to poured concrete, remains intact even with ground settlement, and offers simple application without primers or protection.
