ACTFLEX Anti-Slip Silica Sand is used by broadcasting its fine 1mm silica particles onto freshly applied waterproof epoxy and floor coatings. After preparing the surface and applying the coating evenly, the silica sand is broadcasted while the coating is still wet, either by hand or with a sprayer for larger areas. As the coating cures, the sand bonds with it, creating a durable, non-slip surface. Once fully cured, any excess sand is swept away, enhancing safety and traction while prolonging the life of the flooring system.
