ACTFLEX HBR is a two-component, pre-packed epoxy bonding and repair mortar formulated for structural concrete repair, patching, and anchoring applications requiring high compressive and bond strength. The pre-filled resin system eliminates the need for on-site sand addition, delivering superior adhesion, zero shrinkage, and excellent chemical and impact resistance. Designed for heavy-duty industrial, commercial, and civil repair work, it is suitable for horizontal, vertical, and overhead applications in both internal and external environments.
