FORBUILD 100
concrete restoration
Single-component, fiber-reinforced, polymer-modified repair mortar for vertical, horizontal, and overhead structural concrete repair.
FORBUILD 100 is a fiber-reinforced, polymer-modified, microsilica-enhanced cementitious repair mortar formulated for high-performance concrete restoration. It provides superior adhesion to both concrete and reinforcement without primers, incorporates corrosion inhibitors to protect embedded steel, and withstands harsh exposure such as chlorides, carbonation, freeze/thaw cycles, and de-icing salts.
The thixotropic composition allows vertical, horizontal, and overhead application without slump, achieving up to 100 mm build per layer. FORBUILD 100 is ideal for bridges, marine structures, tunnels, retaining walls, ramps, and water-retaining structures.
