ACTFLEX PROSWELL is a single-component, moisture-reactive, hydrophilic polyurethane sealant engineered to create watertight seals in static and low-movement concrete joints.
When exposed to moisture or water ingress, ACTFLEX PROSWELL undergoes controlled volumetric expansion, forming a dense, pressure-resistant waterproof barrier. After curing, it maintains high elasticity and adhesion while providing long-term resistance to hydrostatic pressure.
ACTFLEX PROSWELL is specifically designed to be used in conjunction with ACTFLEX PROSWELL Hydrophilic Waterstop Roll. The paste acts as the bonding and detailing compound to secure the Waterstop Roll to the substrate and to seal transitions, overlaps, penetrations, and irregular surfaces.
