100mm Flange – Set in Concrete

• Glued to 100mm pipe with primer + ACTFLEX sealants

• Compatible with flood testing (detachable lid included) 

90mm Flange – Set in Wet Screed 

• Installed while screed is wet 

• Creates its own recess in the screed—no cutting required 

• Funnels into 100mm flange beneath, forming a secondary seal 

• 13mm deep centre cut-out for Smart Tile insert 

• Tile level remains completely flush
