ACTFLEX 400 CLEAR is a single-pack co-polymer emulsion with synthetic rubber latex, designed as a temporary leak-stopping solution for tiled surfaces. Applied directly over existing tiles, it creates a tough, flexible, UV-resistant barrier without the need for tile removal. The semi-gloss transparent finish maintains the original look of the surface while protecting for up to five years. Ideal for tiled showers, balconies, podium decks, and face brick walls, it offers a fast and effective way to seal leaks while preserving appearance.
